~ Gourmet Balsamic Vinegars ~

Our flavored balsamic vinegars are truly unique! We infuse velvety smooth balsamic with California fruit products. In addition to being fabulous for dipping bread you can drizzle over salads, roasted vegetables and fruit, yogurt, oatmeal – even ice cream! – or add to sparkling water for a refreshing splash of flavor or simply sip like a fine port. Our balsamics bring depth of flavor to beef, poultry, lamb, fish, duck and wild game. Endless possibilities with your imagination! Suggestions and pairings:
